Under Ruairi Campbell’s direction as Managing Director, Optimech has been selected to work with some of the largest mechanical contractors in Europe, including Radley’s, Jones Engineering and Kirby’s. Embarking on these pioneering mechanical projects, Ruairi is drawing on his competencies in orbital and TIG welding from his previous experience as Mechanical Supervisor at MSL Engineering. From the age of 16, Ruairi began his career with GMK in Derry, Northern Ireland, and worked with them for more than ten years across sites in Ireland and Holland.
Bringing more than a decade of experience, Ruairi has honed his expertise in the mechanical industry, prioritising precision, sustainability, and innovation. His mission is to drive on project schedules at a high quality and safety standard, bringing a commitment to excellence in every project.
David Ramsey, Operations Director
David Ramsey is Optimech’s Operations Director, working directly with Ruairi Campbell to manage projects for some of Ireland and Europe’s largest contractors. David previously worked as Mechanical Supervisor for MSL Engineering on Pfizer’s DS2 project in Grange Castle, Ireland. Before that he worked at both BMD and Jones Engineering as Mechanical Supervisor. At Optimech, David assumes responsibility of highly-skilled squads of tradesmen in mechanical, electrical and HVAC trades. David’s comittment to exellence ensures his projects stay on schedule, with safety and efficiency as top priorities.
